wow... now that i have a Rollmaster after so much time spent chasing one, i really do need this. 
looks like a Rollmaster yes but with more, shallower, drawers. so let's call that a RollBelzer!

If you needed to use it, it would be intuitive. It's used for various shapes sizes of lock rings.
By the way, I need that tool to take apart a ratchet adapter - can I have it???

If its cheap, buy that set. I had to make this pin wrench once for a timing belt change on my old 968.

The tool is for sale without all the 'adapterbits', so still can't really use it then...

That pin spanner with the exchangeable ends is a bit strange. Looks like they could be 1/4" square. The facom version, and other versions from OTC etc, have threaded pin ends. You'd have to see whether there are 1/4" drive extensions/pins for that spanner.
The tool itself is awesome though. Can't go wrong with anything Belzer.

Oh and by the way.
The pin spanner is not used for lock rings. At least not for the ones with detents on the circumference. It would be for lock rings with orifices on the flat side of the ring or to counter-lock pulleys and such.
This is the Big Kahuna. The OTC one I use to hold the crank pulley while I tighten that crank bolt to 350 ft/lbs+. That Belzer spanner wouldn't be strong enough for this however (I think)

Good blades, I have a few, but 6 tpi for cutting metal!? Do they work?
Can anyone recommend a pair of industrial snips? I have a pair of Chinese fiskars snips and they just don't cut it (sorry for the pun).
I also bought some Dewalt sds plus masonry bits, made in germany. Does anyone know the oem?

i only tried them with wood. Maybe they work for soft metal like aluminium or for wood with embedded nails. For metal cutting i would use the specific blue colored Bosch metal sawing blades
what exact type of snips ?

no need to, english is in some sense, like a language from, um, Bitche, Moselle.
Q: how does one differentiate Bost quality pliers(from before the Facom takover by Stanley) from the not so good Bost stuff made since the StanleyB&D takeover?
A: there's not much difference except for price points and handle choice/finish. the old old ones, before the Peugeot takeover were the best, that's the ones with the mightily fearless Bost cat on them.
the ones they've made since have been for the most part good but not all. some Facom branded ones are pretty ******, lots of others are as good but are also 30 to 150% more expensive depending on model. price gouging of the gullibles in some sense.
human-based quality control has gone down too, i've seen some stuff that was downright terrible as far as fit and finishing go.
i'll post some pics of some of my grandfather's pliers and of others i've picked up when i'm back in Arry. along with some of his and mine E.A. Berg ones.

the more "ergo" of the two are pretty good but distribution was somewhat not what it should have been, some retailers decided to go the Knipex or NWS way instead for that kind of stuff.

Today I was in need of a little screwdriver, so I went to an old, well regarded hardware store. And then the old owner opened a drawer...
A lot of screwdrivers from '60s and '70s: Hazet, Usag, Stanley, Weralit. Small pliers (Usag) and standard pliers without insulation. Two VBW and two Pastorino.
I had to buy a little set of these old wonders!
(Sorry for the cellphone pics. And for my english!)

The blade is not cylindrical but carved (don't know the exact term). And notice the odd gasket between the blade and the handle.
On the metal stripe: "SAM baionnette - B.te SGDG - Chr. Molvanadium".
The yellow one is a very old and very battered Mundial, from an italian brand.

Shame on Stanley, yes! They do annihilate some great brands (great traditions, great WORK) all around Europe.
