Bought some stuff at an 'bankruptcy auction' of a garage. Here a couple of used German made items:

2 Pressol oilers (of which 1 broken) and 1 unknown:

Helmut Niemeyer impact wrench 1/2" 1350 Nm:

...and maybe not a EU-made display, but still cool:
(will be filled with car related Castrol fluids)

I picked up this Belzer box a while back. I justified the expense because my Hazet 803 only has the single foldout trays and I've always wished I had the double. With the Hazet 803 and my Kennedy 20" tote I already have 2 fully equipped road boxes. Looking at it from another angle I've been tossing some nice tools in my scrap tub as I acquire new tools so maybe I need to make a 3rd road box up. For $12 I just couldn't pass it up.

What does the "Fronius" box contain? Tig parts?

I like your guess! 3/8" socket set inside. I'm in the process of making UHMW inserts for these little boxes... the latches aren't the strongest but they do come in pretty handy to help organize my to-go box.

More info on the green ratcheting screwdrivers and shears/scissors please.
Stahlwille ?
Made in Germany ?
Thanks.

Definitely NOT made in Germany. I have the same, but red and branded as USAG 207D and no COO.
Now, USAG being part of The Stanley Group ... you get the idea ;)

We're in the process of setting up our new shed, and since we were at it, I decided to replace some of fathers cheap, old and wornout tools. Most were bought for his birthday. I like giving gifts that are useful to me as well :D

I love the fact that you can use the holder to (de)magnetize the keys. Just hold it onto the plus to magnetize, swipe it through the uncovered - hole to demagnetize.

Lovely stubby:

Don't really know if this is German or Taiwanese..

Although not technically a workshop tool, this petromax 828 350 CP has been the most useful thing the last couple of weeks, since we don't have electricity in the shed, yet. It's great working evenings by the light of this classic pressure latern. Besides it's about the most beautiful object in my possession:)

Made in Taiwan by New Tools.
There's probably a dozen rebranded versions of this, including the straight/pistol grip convertible versions. It's found in famous Japanese, American, and European brands. Originally started by Facom, but theirs were exclusive to Facom, but made by New Tools.

I think I got bit by the Facom bug, again! Don't tell the girlfriend, then I will find myself in a world of hurt! :D

Facom hammer: such a strange head shape compared to the Gedore Rotband Plus hammers that I'm used to. Is this a typical French pattern or something?

Facom T-handle hex keys: very nice for working on the bike. The 2,5 and 10mm are still on backorder...

Facom 1/2" Torx sockets: I think 1/2" drive is overkill for the smaller sizes but you can never have enough sockets right?

Facom 1/4" socket set in foam tray: I will keep these in the house for small jobs. Love the labels for easy size recognition!

Thanks for the belzer praise superautobacs and dutch79, I didn't know about the fokker sticker but I didn't want to remove it. This way if the old owner sees it he'll know it's being appreciated.

I also picked up this nice Belzer 1978 hard cover catalog with it.

Inside it were a couple of Stahlwille flyers from the era:

$16 for a Stahlwille wrench set, and pouch!! Those were the days.. nice find!

---

The Gedore rolltasche. It's the most sturdy, well built tool roll I've ever seen. Very good looking too. Thick leather straps, double stitched pockets on the inside, and a leather velour (suede?) front panel. Fancy.

I really like the texture and grip of those Beta Grip Screwdrivers.
I recently bought some BetaGrip stubbies and a couple of RTX and I'm verry impressed.

Monte, those Gedore adjustable wrenches does not look like the South African manufactured ones. As far as I know we only manufacture the black industrial finish ones locally. I would guess the COO is Brazil.

I'm going through this thread page by page and drooling.

But I have a BIG question, How do you fellow US guys get stuff that isn't available from the US divisions or importers? In this case Wiha?
