No, these were in the 456 line of socket and came in all the normal sizes (8mm to 24 or something like that).
picked in about 50 secondsThat's not a particularly secure lock. Even with a hardened shackle.
If you want a very secure one, consider the ABUS 82/90 hidden shackle lock.

It seem he could pick the newer lock tooThere is or at least was a bypass flaw, so not picking per se:

Indeed, the Redbull colour scheme works nicely. What's the part number on that Red Bull screw driver set?

Thanks for your reply, didn't know that about Vsm!Hi Freddddan, and welcome!
Hmm! Interesting drivers! The handles certainly look similar to the PB Classic, and are in similar colours. To determine if they were PB though, I think you would have to look at yours and PB side by side!
I'm not sure about the blades. Although 'hollow ground' the smaller sizes don't have the rounded edges to allow for countersunk screws, which PB do. Also, the finish looks to be more of a 'matte' than the PB, and the size 1 and 2 blades look larger than they should, but I'd probably need to see the drivers for real to be sure. It's hard to tell from a picture. They could be old stock, or made for Wera for a particular contract.
'VSM' on the handles refers to the Swiss specification for screwdriver tips, which these seem to be! All Swiss spec drivers, including those made in Germany, have similar tips!

Welcome to this thread, Freddddan.
Those are very peculiar items you got and I surely have never seen them before.
The only other companies that I know of that still offer hollow-ground tips is Grace (American company). AFAIK, Witte once used to offer them too.
Hopefully Monte has more input.![]()
It seems Henry C. Schaerf was a company from New York.I posted this on the vintage tools forum, but it was recommended that I post the pics here to see if anyone has more info on the manufacturer and/or era of build.

Hello guys,
I am from Germany but registered in this forum because I have the impression that you are more of tool affectionados than we germans, although me do make great tools![]()
This week I picked up two sets of screwdrivers at my local tool dealer for a good price from wera. The model is not listed anywhere else but that dealer. The look of the tips reminds me of Pb Swiss, I don't know any other brand with those tips. The handle also looks Pb Swiss. No coo marking anywhere. What do you think?
