Do you mean to have the torque wrench vertical (90 degrees) to the adaptor before applying force?
How is that, and what if the adaptor varies in length?
Thanks

i don´t know...are you sure ...? Didn´t pay much attention in mathNice torque adaptor - well made
If you turn it 90 degrees you don't have to change the torque setting.![]()
That looks like it has been TIG welded, very neat looking weld. Is that the Merkle welder?
ohhh these are nice !!!New screwdrivers that I don't need, but the price was right and they were old stock it seems.

Is that made in the old world? My impression of Draper tools has been they just re-brand things. Mostly cheap stuff. I bought a screwdriver from them once, and it was junk. I've not seen any offerings from them that looked worth their cheap prices.
No coo but I believe they all now coming from far east. There was a company in UK, Anglia Tools, making them here for colleges, schools, etc. And they were really top quality and quite close to a proper vernier caliper, kind of. These new ones are a bit sloppy but to throw around for approximate valuesbis ok!Is that made in the old world? My impression of Draper tools has been they just re-brand things. Mostly cheap stuff. This tool is used mainly to remove and sometimes to install crankshaft screws. Thanks Chrissalas
I need to change it to a friend a front axle bearing, the axle nut is very tight and we do not have air gun or cordless impact wrench. We will try with this.
You think we have a chance?

And if you compare a 1" Craftsman with a 1" Rahsol ?...I have a question on the quality of these wrenches. I picked up some 1" and larger Rahsol No. 9 wrenches that say made in Germany on Ebay for cheap. Once I received them I was surprised with both how light they are and how huge the open end is. I compared it to my 15/16th Craftsman USA wrench which is significantly heavier and has much less metal on the ends. I wasn't expecting Snap-On or Hazet quality but I was surprised that they appear so poor for made in Germany wrenches.
My question is: are these wrenches useless or is the quality sufficient for home mechanic use? Should I send them back or are they at least decent for occasional use? I don't want a cheap wrench that breaks the first time I use it, and I am concerned that it is way to0 beefy to fit in tight spaces. Any recommendations? Thanks.
Yeah, I know you're right but we needed to undo a tight axle nut and how we do not have a air impact gun I thought about this tool but I have never used it
It looks like an extension bar to me, how does the impact action is achieved?Yeah, I know you're right but we needed to undo a tight axle nut and how we do not have a air impact gun I thought about this tool but I have never used it

its kinda expensive , do you have a good quality breaker bar ? id spend my money on a good bar first , maybe 3/4 " drive if you feel its stupidly tight
