I have just bought locally a COX Powerflow HP and did some testing against the Soudal gun I bought in Belgium.

I encountered the following and I am wondering if you have experienced the same?

whilst using them with some sticky sealant cartridges the Cox disenganged under force and could not make it to push forward.

The soudal and an older bacic Cox gun did not have this problem.

I was told that every GJ member has to have one on these[emoji16].

I think that the ring is thicker than the newer Stabila and the degree of the offset is also less than the new version.

Can someone confirm?

yes. In case of the angle grinders only the tools which look like the 3309 series and the tools which have the motor of the L1710 angle grinder are made here.

That is where I got the photos from!

There are 2 problems though.

1. Specialist shops are often closed on Saturday.

2. No Metabo or Fein in three stores I visited. Mostly Bosch with some Dewalt and Flex and acually a couple of Eibenstock. Do you know why???

1. Yes...to find something except Bosch blue or green (or hobby tools) can be challenging on saturday...
2. Why do you need more brands ? :lol: ;)
Maybe the stores cater to building/construction customers ? (maybe they offered Flex giraffe and concrete grinders...? a Dewalt Alligator saw ? Eibenstock pretty much is only building/construction ...). Fein is usually priced higher (they don´t have the 70 euro grinders...) and maybe the customers don´t get a rebate...Often you see that the only Fein tools offered are the Multimaster/Supercut. Metabo still might have a bad name among professional tool stores because they were/are sold in Bauhaus and other DIY stores. And what is sold there no "real" professional wants... e.g. A Stihl dealer just today complained about Stihl being sold in some Bauhaus stores so he told me to take a closer look at Husqvarna cordless tools :lol: Or try to find Dolmar at pro stores....sold once in almost every DIY store...(now replaced pretty much everywhere with Stiga)
