Monte,
I like all the Christmas presents you purchased for yourself! Once you put the PB Swiss "Twister" ratcheting screwdriver through some use, can you please post back your likes and dislikes of this hand tool?
Thanks,
Dave
Tell me more about that level. Also is it an electromagnet and how much does one cost(I must have one).
Monte, I noticed your pb 8510R-100 has a knurled section on the shaft. Is that a latest version?
This is the one I always see in the internet with plain smooth shaft
@wizard1:
great wrenches !! I wish i could find them here (The "1953" series)...
ps: i thought they`re from Argentina ?
I think my BELZER 1953 double open end wrenches are made in germany! (another side engraved GERMANY)![]()
@superautobacs:
did you buy something interesting in france ?![]()
nice clamps ! Did you find the Gross-Stabil clamp lately or do you own it longer ?
Is your Blu-dan rasp hand-cut (larger pic ?) or "industrial-made" ?
Thanks for the great pics!@chreese:

some late christmas presents from me for me![]()
@Monte,
Most of my Europe made tools ordered from agency in China.I have no relative in the USA and Europe. A few tools are from my firends. They are work at aircraft ground service.
But I bought some us made tools(SNAP-ON,PROTO) from American ebay.
Show my hex bit sockets! (facom ,Beta and Hazet )
Not to derail the thread, but I am wondering Wizard1, if in China there is the same feelings about "made in China" vs. "Made in USA" or EU for that matter? I know for many Americans it's not that we don't think the Chinese are able to put out quality as we don't like the way they are underpaid and overworked in many of those factories.
@MD11,
In China Most of engineer are using the cheap tools from Danaher Corporation.It's US brand made in china! As far as i know most tool box in the US are made in China.I like German made tools than others.Although They are expensive! And i am dreaming to travel to the United States to Buy some cheap Snap on!

@chreese:
Where is the difference between the steel Gross-Stabil clamp vs. the Bessey clamp ?
This company is connected to Brauns Söhne www.braun.at. Both companies belonged together until 1989. They also offer files + rasps. Maybe the same ?
I don`t have any Garant wrenches yet, I`ll order the 13mm combo and 12x13mm next time.
... I`d like to find out if the locking pliers are from france (434-c, 434a etc.). ...

How can a fella in East Tennessee get one of these HAZET assistants? NEver seen them available.O

Can you tell me Why does bahco , beta, matador's torque wrench look the same?![]()
I couldn't work with this tiny hazet cart, too small for my work.
i think he needs the box for his BMW motorcycle so everything should fit in there. A large snap-on box is also difficult to move upstairs to your apartment ....![]()
@chreese:
thx for the info about the clamps ! Bessey, Turnus and Ideal is what you`ll find anyway.
I`m also interested in the Weidmüller/Gedore version since i cut a couple of welding cables lately and want a better tool now. But i guess the function is the same.
Re: Hook+Pick set
Witte now offers the 3 component hook+pick sets also as "Witte" and not only solely for "Matco". New in the 2010 catalog on page 40. (dont have it yet, thats what Witte mailed me)
