Well I will have to wait, i'm not having Christmas until my 5yr son is back home safe and sound from Missouri visiting his mother via court order. I am stressed out from it, but this board helps me pass the time. He sleeps with me every night sence his mother abandoned us 2yrs ago.
Merry Christmas guys!
I do like reading all you guys post!

My wife gave me a $500 gift card from Harbor Freight. I am sure it will take a while, but I will certainly use it. Too bad I had already bought myself a boroscope type inspection camera a short while back. I know I could use some impact swivels and extensions. I have to now go thru the pass/fail HF thread carefully.

My daughter put this in a Justice (young girls clothing store) box just to pick on me. She said she thought it would be good for the garage.

No tools yet, Unless you wanna count the 50% off rollaway I bought from Sears. I gave my 19 yr old step daughter a set of screwdrivers and a utility knife. She was not too happy with that, But when she moves out she will use them.

I have told my girlfriend that unless I would give her the exact make and model and where to get it, do not buy anything tool related. I already buy too many gimicky or stuff I already have, I don't need anymore for Christmas. It took sometime, but I finally gotten everyone to give me cash or gift cards. If I need something, I go get it which makes it hard for me to come up with things for my "wish list". Or sure I have a wish list, but doubt I'm going to get a Millermatic 211, a Dake press or transmax brench under the tree.

I got a 15" adjustable wrench, a 13" slip-joint pliers, and a 16" slip-joint from Craftsman. I also got some gift cards that will go to help offset the cost of the new mid-chests I need for the house.

My Christmas began back in May when we decided to start the garage build, and then in July when she bought my Rotary Smart Lift, so I really didn't need to ask for anything else.

Wife surprised me with these this morning. Hadn't asked for anything specific, (unlike prior years where I give her a spreadsheet) but she knew I could use these to go with my other cordless Dewalt stuff... An extra pair of Dewalt 18V XRP's and a Dewalt 18V Impact Driver.

WrightGrip Full Polish 11pc Metric combo wrenches (very nice! Replacing my Craftsman RP with these)
10" Knipex Cobra pliers
Knipex 8" cutters

I've got a little cash left over too, I may go get some universal impact sockets. Haven't made my mind up on the brand yet.

Here's what I got. The DeWalt work light and the E+M Lead Holder (thanks Ryan) were on the wish list I gave to my wife. The Craftsman wrenches came from my FIL.

Sorry for the **** pics, I'm seriously technology challenged

I got a few clothes and some other misc stuff, but here are the tools. I'm tickled as I can be. This is the haul from everyone in the extended family pitching in to get me something they thought I would like. I do a lot of freebie work for most of them and don't mind it at all. But, I have to say it is nice to get a collective thank you like this.

SK combo set 6-24mm

Williams US made duckbills and a CMan (US made) soft hammer

Williams US made combo Super Wrench set in two tool rolls and a SK stubby set of double box deep offset 6 points, full set and extended set of SK midgets, and a Williams P2x6 screwdriver (Taiwan) I've been wanting to try out.

well, i'm kinda surprised at my stepdaughter.

according to the wife she insisted that she buy me a new 16gal shopvac.
(the old one has seen much better days)
then she bought one of the little wall mounted units for the garage.

got the "normal stuff" long sleeve T's, thermal tops/ bottoms, new jeans, and a winter jacket.
mom gave me $50 cash, so i'll probably try to hit the junk stores and pawn shops tomorrow

i havent bought any new clothes or 6 or 7 years, most of my stuff is ragged, holey, and oil stained.

all in all, a good day !

merry christmas to all

My wife and little guy ordered an orange Snap On MG325 and bucket creeper seat from my snappy guy but apparently they didn't show up on time so he gave her the red one he had on his truck so I would have something tool related to open. It's brand new so I doubt I'll hook up air to it and reduce it's value on him. Nice gun but not being able to use it is eating at me! I'll post pics of the gun and creeper when they finally arrive hopefully next week.

Wow! I suddenly have some serious SK and Williams envy going on. I didn't ask for any tools and didn't get any, so my fault, I guess.
