The outer part of the left hand tool looks like a drill bushing (as Roberts 210 said), but the interior part is very specialized, with the offsets to the "keyway" as shown in the bottom photo. What size drill will go through the inner part and be supported? What are the diameters of the various parts?
If the fourth-from-left tool has a square drive, my money says it is a carburetor float valve seat tool (screwdriver) or a carb. jet tool for very large jets.
The valve guide tool looks a little long for a Model A. Perhaps it is for Flathead V-8?
Can you give us more information on the second-from-left tool? Does the upper part turn and move the flattened end of the shaft visable through the opening? Are there threads in the boss on the left? What are the diameters of the various parts/areas?
