order from them all the time. So far, so good.
Same here; excellent tool vendor. Check out Lauren's daily tool specials ...
Bottom dollar pricing, and sounds like drop shipping, covers a lot of issues for me.
They just ended a $50+ free shipping promo, back to $99+ for free shipping.
Some time last spring they had a $25 off $100+ discount code, but I haven't seen anything recently.
I've got $108 in my cart right now, going back and forth over what else I might want, or not want that much. Big selection, allows bigger orders, and free shipping saves $20+ over a lot of other sites.
Bad experience - they sent me a used (broken) digital torque wrench. They never responded to numerous e-mail requests for RMA. I finally sent the thing back without an RMA and had to dispute the charge. I'll never buy from them again.
Drop shipping means the vendor NEVER sees the item, its shipped directly from a distributor or manufacturer. RMA process can get messy, errors as mentioned can occur.
Savings all the time, vs extra patience needed when they screw up, is ok with me.
I'll consider Etooldirect.com if you post a current coupon. But I have 14 different items in my cart right now, all but one at the lowest price I've seen, and its only $2 more, and most places will only have a few of the items.
