Great prices but if you have a big order, it might come from several warehouses around the country. Hard to track as their website often shows something as pending shipping and it has been delivered. I think that is due to them drop shipping from other places.

Other than that, a great place with free shipping and make sure you check out the daily specials.

I have ordered from them a couple of times and haven't had any problems until my last order. The sent me a USED meter. They sent me a second one and it was defective. I decided to get a refund and try to get one local. The refund took a month.

They have a really lousy refund policy and their return policy is lame also. They have to "clear" your return through a warehouse before they authorize the return which takes a day or two. It's a giant PITA.

I also noticed they do not seem to be selling on Amazon anymore.

If it's hard tools then your probably OK but anything electronic or easily breakable then I would go somewhere else.

I've spent about $1200-1500 with them over the course of 8-9 orders, and have never had a problem. Good prices, good selection. If you have a large order, sometimes it comes from multiple warehouses and will get to your house in 2-3 boxes, but the shipping is still pretty fast.

I have ordered stuff from them in the last year and have been pleased with the products and prices. I did have a long wait for a refund on a product I wrongly ordered. Had to ship it back and clear the warehouse before they issued a return. I shipped it express and it still took me e-mailing and calling them to get my money back( three weeks). I ordered a Ball Joint remover set from them (through Amazon) that was supposed to come with a punch and chisel set, but this wasn't shipped with it for some reason. Emailed them and got a response the same day it was a mistake and it would go out that same day, 3 days later it arrived. Great Customer Service in my opinion, couldn't ask for more.
