I'm new to this so I have this same post all over hells half acre, I found a jcpenney torque wrench for $ 20.00 it has USA on it. Is it junk or should I buy it. Who made them? Thanks for the help. Pete.:willy_nil

I bet it is a utica made one and they are quality, just depends on if it was cared for and kept in calibration.

I do not have a picture .this guy worked for jcpenney he did not use it .It looks perfect.

It is if you go to louisville kentucky craigs type in torque wrench look at jan 6th list he has a picture I couldnt upload it. thanks peter.

so buy it. or tell him pass where can i get it calibrated if its out thanks for the help and thanks to the person that posted it

If you want me to check the calibration I will. However, probably wont be able to calibrate it if it requires special tooling or parts replaced. There are other calibration houses dedicated for that, I know if a couple in WI.
