Towable workbench???

I'm thinking of making my 4x8 workbench towable. Not highway speed but atleast be able to tow it down to the barnyard with the 4 wheeler.

We have some tables we use when we go testing that gave me some ideas, but does anyone have any thoughts?

Something like this with a 3/16 top.

Back to the drawing board, I just happen to have an old ez-go cart that could work.

If you have a tractor or skidster ive seen them mounted to 3 point linkages and loader quick hitches complete with welding rigs and built in tool chests could even have pto powered welder built in

I think I'd rather just buy a used utility truck with equipment body. They aren't that expensive and have the advantage of being mobile on and off the road.

But if you want to stick with a home built, start with a trailer kit like the 4x8 box store models and build up from there. Then you can tow it on the road as well. If you're going to be in the field or off pavement, then big road tires will be your friend.
