I cancelled a £43 order and reordered at £29. Any search I did on that part number indicated it came with drivers so hopefully amazon listed accurately. Price history would lend itself to them being included but who knows...worth a shot though. Thanks for the heads up Mr. Lemons.

Whilst not 'proper deals' as such, these I think represent excellent value for money:

Lidl Parkside Vortex Socket Set: https://www.lidl.co.uk/p/quick-fixes/parkside-drive-socket-set/p48659

Lidl Parkside Rechargeable Work Light (with power bank function + USB C charging port): https://www.lidl.co.uk/p/quick-fixes/parkside-rechargeable-work-light-with-power-bank/p48627

Finally, has anyone got any other suggestions on where to look for good tool deals? I am trying to expand / improve my collection :)
Amazon (UK and euro sites) are generally where the best deals pop up IMO. Primetools also are a fairly unanimous recommendations on here though I haven't dealt with them personally. Amazon Warehouse Deals can provide some excellent value on occasion also. It's a matter of spending a bit of time every few days on these sites keeping eyes peeled and on here of course too.

If your UK/Ireland based, the Halfords Advanced line (using a trade card) can offer excellent value (incl. lifetime guarantee) when it comes to things like 1/4-3/8-1/2" (and vortex aka thru/through) socket sets. Nothing against Aldi/Lidl stuff, which I have plenty of (spanner & socket sets) I just think they don't always give the best value. Don't get me wrong I've plenty Aldi/Lidl sockets/spanner sets that take massive abuse and won't break. I steer away from anything electrical/battery with them due to my experience and prefer to spend a bit more for Makita/Bosch Pro/Dewalt/Milwaukee etc. on Amazon new or warehouse deals.

This is all my own opinion and experience of course and wouldn't knock anyone with a different approach. If you really want to get a scalp on prices, you generally are buying stuff based on price rather on when you need it but it is an efficient (if somewhat addictive) method to building up a high quality and expansive set of toys.

I was impressed with the primetools Black Friday sale, and great service/delivery. Of course you still have to compare prices, some stuff is cheaper on Amazon/eBay.
But prime tools warrenty is 2nd to none, ive used it a couple of times, no issues or bitching and moaning.

Good to know, so far I haven't broken any of the stuff I've had from there! I am REALLY impressed with their delivery, everything has turned up before they said it would.

I find it's generally cheaper to buy from prime tools via ebay, rather than their website. For single items under £40 anyway.

Worth looking at Zoro when checking prices. They can sometimes be a little cheaper than Amazon for tools. Zoro discount codes are usually easy to find, too. Not talking huge savings, but can save a few quid.

Cimco 100738 – Minim Peeler Automatic 0.08 – 2.5 mm2 £22.65

Cimco looks to be a German supplier of tools for Electricians. I assume these are rebranded Jokari or similar. Couldn't find these in the Cimco catalogue, so they may be discontinued. Google searching 'Cimco 10 0738' (with a space) shows that they are 70 -80 euro strippers when sold with Cimco branding. I've not searched to see if they are cheaper under other brand names.

Yes. Only £93 now, if you're interested.
Well that's disappointing. I had my £29 order from amazon cancelled due to not being available. I subsequently ordered it from amazon.it for 37 euro but looks like I'll be sending it back when it arrives. They definitely mixed up part numbers as the tray alone has a different part number to the one which includes drivers, which this one should be. The price history of >£100 would also indicate it should have included them. Balls!!

Würth 096511032 Cassetta Degli attrezzi All in one 91 pezzi Nuova £43.78

Price on this has been steadily dropping over the last month or so. Not sure about Wurth quality, so not sure if it's a good deal compared to similar 1/4" sets from Bahco which are quite a bit cheaper. 12 point sockets on smaller sizes may not be everyone's first choice either.

NO LONGER AVAILABLE

Beta 310030 Model 31/Sp6 Pin Pinch with Support, Set of 6 £27.79

NO LONGER AVAILABLE

Not sure if you get the stand and the case. Zoro has the set listed as made in Italy, so it could be made by Beta rather than a rebrand. :dunno:

Unfortunately www.onlyqualitytools.com are closing down and, as such, have discounted all stock (besides PB Swiss items) to close out their inventory.
I've exchanged emails with them and hopefully the website shall be purchased and have new owners, but this isn't clear.
Similarly, PB Swiss items should continue to be sold by the new owner.
I don't have any affiliation with the website or owners besides being a satisfied customer for a number of years and I've always received good service.

I've bought a number items including some suggested below and they were all perfect and packed and shipped to the same high standards as they normally do.
I also took the opportunity to stock up on a few PB Swiss items whilst they are definitely available.

There are generally good deals throughout the site, but here are some suggestions:

Starrett aluminium spirit levels, e.g. 500 mm size from £5.52
https://www.onlyqualitytools.com/catalog/Starrett/Spirit_Levels.html

Starrett utility knife blades x50 units from 60 pence!
https://www.onlyqualitytools.com/catalog/Starrett/T451111-5-50.html

Diamond & Horseshoe US Made side cutters at £5.00
https://www.onlyqualitytools.com/catalog/Diamond_Tool_Horseshoe_Company/MS54-3.html

Vessel Megadora thru-tang 5-piece set at £21.06
https://www.onlyqualitytools.com/catalog/Vessel/935_ISZ.html

Felo precision ESD screwdrivers from £2.32

5 piece Mountain MTNRM6 long, metric, universal spline drive, ratcheting, flex head wrench set
£104.17 on eBay (using 5% OFFPROMO5 code or £109.65 without)
www.ebay.co.uk/itm/185278826251
8 to 19mm missing out 9 & 11

At about $128, that's cheaper than any US seller at the moment. Tooltopia USA charge $150 for example so I think it's a hot deal. It's rare to get these sort of tools cheaper in the UK than the USA!

I've been very sceptical about spline drive until I seen the Torque Test Channel test which shows they seem to be at least on par with 12 point box ends:

They get a good review from the Flat Rate Master too:

They're generally well regarded on the forums here but do note the caveats that you can break them if you really beat on them and the warranty support is not good. Personally, I'll follow the excellent advice here:
