So I rented a scissor lift then decided that I should just buy one because it was taking me forever to do the job I was using it for. So after I left the rental place with the scissor lift I verified with the guy at the desk if I owed anything else on the unit I rented and he said no it should stay the same. They were the ones that dragged their feet on picking it up since they assumed I was going to either buy that unit or another unit on the lot which is what I did. So for keeping the unit for a couple extra days that charged me an additional $275.00 on top of the $651.00 What kind of bs is that. He said it was okay I kept it a couple extra days because their was a grace period. I hate checking my credit card statements. I placed a dispute with visa and they credited me back the difference. Should I call united rentals in the morning and see what happened or just see if they notice that I disputed the charge? What a bunch of bs. I'm venting here, sorry guys.
