Unused neutral lug

There is an unused lug similar to this in my GE panel under the row of breakers

Can I use it to ground one of the circuit?

This is main panel with neutral and ground tied

I do it. If its good for a neutral which is a current carrying conductor which undergoes thermal it will likely be great on a wire that doesn't see use only rarely under a fault, to top that off most of these faults are rather limited, on current limited circuits.

Under the breaker? Make sure that it is not one of two that would be hot pass-through lugs.

It's under the rows and attached to the case, I am sure it is grounded but I will ohm it out.

I would like to add a ground bar at some point but I lost the sticker to the panel so I do not know which bar works for the panel.

Buy a ground bar kit of the same make as the panel & it will fit.

Right now there is 2 white circle stickers that seems to be for a ground bar.. I assume that's where it screws in? Is there any bonding needed for the ground bar, I understand it's a ground bar and for grounding only, not neutrals

If this is a main service panel, then neutrals and grounds can go on same bar.

What brand of panel is it?

+1 for pics. if it's not on a bus, just on the panel, i would be hesitant to pass current through it. it may ohm out low but still not be intended to handle current. pics needed.
