So even in the conduit in the house its not allowed? I appreciate the help and hopefully they will return it.

Thats correct.

Its because conduit doesnt change the insulation rating of the wire. If it did then NM-b aka Romex would be allowed underground in conduit. Its not allowed underground because its not rated for wet locations.

Are the panels at each end on exterior walls? URD cable must go immediately into the panel upon entry into a structure. Otherwise you need a wire that has flame retarding insulation (RHW or THWN).

The panel in the house is like 3 feet from outside wall and then up 6 feet. And garage conduit is ran up about 5 feet to box inside . But customer service was good and they returned the wire without conflict lol. Now i need to find out where i can buy mhf because the 2 nearest home depots acted like i was crazy when i asked them about it

Well i got the mobile home feeder and got the sub panel hooked up. Now its time to hook up all the circuits. I know everything in reach has to be gfci protected but would that include my 220 compressor outlet? How can that be done if needed? Another question is can i run 2 loads off of a gfci? I ask that because of where my panel is it would be eastiest to have the circut run both directions off the first gfci

Hope i explained that right, so the first gfci will obviously have a line in and then 2 loads coming off that outlet one to the left and one to the right essentially making a t out of that first gfci

Okay i finished all the wiring so im gonna schedule my inspection. Only thing im wondering is i have 6 outlets in the ceiling on a switch for my lights. Do the overhead lights have to be gfci protected for code? Ive heard both saying anything out of reach doesnt need gfci but then ive heard it all needs gfci.
