Thinking the same as Jack. That's a pretty desirable model, with the large table and table raiser, pretty sure that's the 6 speed 6" quill travel model. GLWS

$250-350 in Chicago area

It's only a 1/2" chuck, and JT33 is not as desirable as a Morse spindle. Minimum speed is not likely below 400 rpm, so not really a heavy duty hole maker.

Some "for sale" venues in addition to Craigslist that may help.

Is that variable speed? I always seen delta drill presses with the adjustment hand wheel at the front. Where is it on this one? BCD

Speed on that model is made by moving the belt to different pulley positions.

I see:
- Single phase
- Table elevation (extremely desirable!!!)
- No arch of shame, machinist table
- Early (ie "better", Rockwell, "R" vs Peace symbol)
- Looks original
- Should clean up to look like new
- I'm also guessing it's geared for metalworking vs woodworking which makes it even more desirable.

That one's a "cream puff" IMHO and a very desirable model. I wouldn't take any less then $500 but prices tend to be regional. My guess is that So. CA tends to be on the high side.

I'd probably start at $750 and gradually reduce the price until it sells.

I agree that OWWM would be a great venue for selling this machine. Those guys will recognize the value of this fine machine vs. most of the CL crowd of lowballers.

P.S. I would encourage you to spend 30 minutes cleaning up the head of the DP with automotive cleaner/wax and clean the column and table with a scotch brite pad and WD40. I bet that would make it look like new.
