Hey guys, my father and I have been gathering tools/ideas to start a mechanics shop. I had told him that I was dead set on the 41'' USG toolbox at HF. While he said that the 56" seemed much more useful to him. Well after I got off work today he came to the garage and had a 56'' in the back of his pickup. We unloaded it and a quickly realized it wasn't the same offer 56'' that I had messed with at my HF.
I don't keep up with the GJ to well in the summer, because I usually buck over to the HDforums but I had to see what was up with this thing. After a quick search I didn't find anything. Is anyone else aware of the new (?) USGeneral Pro tool boxes?
If memory serves me right 56'' vs 56" pro
-Better ball bearing slides
-better and bigger casters
-full extension drawers
The shape and height also are messing with me, it seems much taller and more comfortable, and the design has definitely changed, it's much more appealing. Maybe it's because it's in my garage now that it's seemingly awesome, or maybe USG upgraded the 56". When I saw it before I said
. Now I
.
The finish seems better to
