I have a new VacuMaid GV50 Pro I've only had it about a month ,so can't speak to durability except to say it is well made.
It's not often that a product lives up to it's advertising hype, but the GVPro exceeded my expectations. Its first use was to clean up the interior of my newly built garage ,suction at the end of the 50ft. hose was more than adequate. It easily handled saw dust, wood chips ,nails , drywall dust and spider webs
What was most surprising was how incredibly quiet it was , you can have a normal conservation standing right next to it and 20ft. away I couldn't hear it running.
One of the primary reasons I chose the GV pro was the hepa filtration , tired of my old Shop Vac putting half the fine dust back in the air, changing filters and the messy dumping. The way the vacumaid is designed .you seal the bag before removing it from the canister an everything stays clean . The hepa bag really works , I was a bit skeptical of the claims ,so after cleaning up my 20x20 loft which included everything you'd expect in new construction I wiped the inside of the exhaust port with a clean white tissue and found not a speck of dust. To say I was impressed would be an understatement , I was amazed ,considering what I had just put through it
Normally I don't recommend any product, because there's always the chance I got a good one and you won't, but this thing is so good it deserves it's kudos. Based on my experience I say buy it with confidence
FYI the vacuum is made in the USA but the accessory tools are Chinese,I didn't think it possible but "good quality Chinese"
