Ok this is probably a dumb question but I would rather find out now while im building this addition rather than after it is finished.
Heres what im needing to know.
I have added on to my garage and the old garage is insulated and vapor barriered and so is the new addition, but the wall seperating the two does not have vapor barrier from the old to the new which is only a 2 x 4,now should i try and connect the two vapor barriers together on the outside walls or is this over kill. Because its only 3 1/2 inches and its wood I would think I could let it go,what do you guys think? Also the inside wall will not be vapor barriered.
Thanks Mike
