I have trusses at 48 inch on center and am looking for baffles to use between them to vent and also to keep blown in insulation from going into walls. What did you guys use?

I used 1/4 inch osb 4x8ft cut in half, so it makes 2 baffles of 4x4. Did the job with 2 1/2 inch air space channel.

Same here, except I cut mine length ways because my trusses are on 8' centers. Simple, cheap, effective.
I think there's a pic in my build thread.

I used the 24" ones from HD. I taped the center of them together with some leftover tyvek tape and installed them as one piece. Stapled up, was quick, cheap and easy.

Should be able to see them in my build, link in my sig.

I had 12' spacing between trusses so instead of screwing with baffles I just laid two rows (4 feet) of batt insulation next to that soffit and then blew in up-to the batts. It actually worked really well and no blow in made it past the first row of batts. I put in R-50 of cellulose and the tallest batts that would fit while maintaining an air space along the edge. They were like R30.
