3HP AIr Compressor Pump - FAIL

Worked initially, lasted maybe a year before it stopped building pressure. Replaced reed valves tried resealing head etc. No dice. And virtually impossible to get any parts other than the reed valves.

Anyone have experience with the Vevor jacks, specifically the toe jack? Looking, and they offer one, Yellow Jacket does around the same price (looks like they may be a Northern Tool brand), alphabet soup, and then a 2x jump in price to Temco, and another jump up to Jet. Roughly 60-75, then about 200 (temco), and 300 Jet. Would be the 2.5/5, or could upsize to 5/10 (though would probably never actually need it to lift 5tons).

This is one that would be lifting just high enough for machine skates, so while if it breaks, something very heavy may drop, but it would only be 5" or so max.

Also, does anyone know if their skate handles fit Hillman? I got a deal on a set of Hillman skates, but not sure if i came with 1 handle or 2 (buddy picked up for me).

I bought one of the air jacks, so far so good....but I've only used it a handful of times. I also have one of the larger ultrasonic cleaners that I bought a year ago, still in the box.

I bought this weather station not expecting much...luckily. It didn't last 12 months. The plastic over the solar panel frosted over from UV! An ants nest in the battery compartment supplied the coup de grâce.

The ants nest issue could be managed but the solar panel cover was diabolical. Rubbish. For the money, expected.

I just bolted this strut compressor together today. It’ll be a couple weeks before I’ll get to test it out. But it’s pretty damn stout. It does need some washers and it was missing one c clip but what was odd to me was it came with a package of four new orings for the pressure release rod - obviously expected to fail. I think I’ll just replace that with a buna -n to start with and be done.

5 ton air bag jack is a PASS.

I don’t use my hydraulic floor jack since getting this thing. Add air, flip the valve open, and voom, up it goes. Low enough to slip under my ‘37 Chevy, tall enough to lift my ‘01 4x4 Dakota.

If you have someone with mobility and strength issues, the Transfer Pole is helpful.

It clamps between ceiling and floor, and provides a support grab bar without needing a wall nearby to anchor it to. Dad bought a dozen of these to outfit his house.
