I’ve been making some minimum bids on eBay items and occasionally I win the auctions with no other bids. This mixed S-K set arrived yesterday. It is kind of a mix of vintage and more modern S-K tools but based on the breaker and longer extension I believe it started out as a wartime cad plated set. That is how I plan to complete it.

Awesome....
Thanks 👍

And to think, the seller sold some of the contents from this box a la carte.
Piece by piece

I have most of the swivel sockets and the u-joint
Some of the sockets....
The ratchet and extensions sold, but I have the flex handle...

In my S-K purchase from a few days ago I also got a bunch of craftsman wrenches. I've never seen these before. They look a lot different from your run of the mill craftsman wrenches.

Any info on these?

Tappet wrenches for adjusting valves, usually on flatheads.

IIRC, it went Long C, them -V- with No. 1-4, then -V- with part numbers. And one of those is Duro Chrome (X), with the DC making the "X" symbol in a circle.

^ I think I just came across what I think might be an S-K breaker in a box full of oddball Indestro stuff. (This was a mish-mash I bought because it had some of the bits for my 2820 flex driver in it.)
What do you think? (fairly dark plain steel. fit and finish flawless. too well made to be Oxwall.)
Not sure if I have a set that this breaker belongs in .... it may end up in the "Don pile" later.

I found this nice plastic 3/8” drive toolset liner listed on eBay for a reasonable price. I used it to replace my ratty one.

I think shipping boxes full is the leading cause of damage to those liners. Maybe selling them as separate items is the answer.
