Found these at an estate sale recently. Sturdy frames made in Germany, probably intended for a dentist's practice. Center knurled knob adjusts the width of the lenses. I thought they would be great for detail work. They were immediately claimed by SWMBO for her sewing...

I thought they would be great for detail work.
Same thought when I snagged these Ben Franklins at the flea market this morning! (And no, I am not taking a selfie! :))

It's how I plan to answer the door for Halloween. With ********* boots and black elbow and knee pads, it looks robot-like.

Here's those Ben Franklin's I just picked up..., @LesserSon style. :) I like the way they are extended out in front. It just takes a minute angle of your head one way or another to see normal view, for perspective, and then back, to zoom in on the workpiece.
