Vintage Snap On Ratchet Identification

I’m sure this is something that’s been answered before but I’m at a dead end as far as finding any info on. The Snap On ratchet pictured bellow. I Can’t even find anything with the exact same numbers. Ive found plenty of ratchets marked FV71 but nothing marked Fv71M thank you in advance.
