Its from about 1940. There would not be a kit for it. It has a fitted faceplate, that snaps into the head. To remove it, hit the socket top of the wheel with a brass hammer until the faceplate just pops out, fill it with penetrating oil first and let it sit before the hammer part. (also it maybe best to have it in a plastic bag while you pound on it, so you will not have any parts flying around) you can use a vise with alum. to fit the faceplate back on.
