It seems, I have got my hands on, an old Snap On roll cab!
sure in it's day... it was a very nice tool box! but as time has past it has acquired some miles . Few hundred thousand miles might be, more the case ... Although most of the rust is superficial! I am sure with a bit of elbow grease and, a whole whack of paint (lol
) This may be a fine addition to my new garage! (moving in next month).
Since, the box is in need of glass bead blasting or something of that sort
and it will need paint. Which has posed a minor dilemma for me. I am kinda tossed between a custom color or Stock Red! As it is a vintage cab, I do believe it's from mid to late 1970's.
I am thinking red would be really nice! but at the same time so would a solid custom color Blue, Black or orange.
The original red would be keeping it original, like rims on an old restored Camaro... "Rallyes"? or Lowered with 22" Chrome Rollers?
So my question is what do you guys think?
Solid Custom Color or, Original Snap On tool box Red?
