Hi Guys,
My name is Scott, and I'm an automobile mechanic from Canada. I just found this site while searching for information regarding my vintage portable Snap-On toolbox. I've recently become interested in old auto collectables and such and so I picked this toolbox up last summer for $5 at a garage sale. I've only now found the time to do research about the model, date, and restoration options. However, my findings from hours of research are inconclusive so I have come to you guys seeking help!!
Here's what I got
I can't find any model numbers on it anywhere at all. Snap-On Tools is embossed on the front, and just above that is the faint and tiny remnants of a sticker.
I'm pretty sure the sticker most likely looked like this one here below
Any info you guys can give me about this particular box would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
