I came into this, and I think you will see why I jumped at the opportunity to purchase it:

And you open it up to find

Tools! And it looks like a kit to service... what, and for who?
We have a North Bros. Yankee #35, notice how the handle is pared down to fit the kit, quite expertly, I might add.

Nippers and pliers, of which the plier jaws don't meet by design. Both are marked England on the inside of the handles

Along with a marking I can't make out

A collapsible jewelers loop

Oiler, with more faint markings that I can only make out Oil Can


There are two holes at ether end, and I am not sure exactly how long the are


And this slide out from the bottom as I was inspecting it

And loops to hold something in the lid

So, who made it, what is missing, what country, and anything else that gets thought of, that is what I am looking for. I suspect it is English, as the two pliers are marked for that COO, while the Yankee seems more likely to be shipped when needed.
