I came into this, and I think you will see why I jumped at the opportunity to purchase it:

And you open it up to find

Tools! And it looks like a kit to service... what, and for who?
We have a North Bros. Yankee #35, notice how the handle is pared down to fit the kit, quite expertly, I might add.

Nippers and pliers, of which the plier jaws don't meet by design. Both are marked England on the inside of the handles

Along with a marking I can't make out

A collapsible jewelers loop

Oiler, with more faint markings that I can only make out Oil Can

There are two holes at ether end, and I am not sure exactly how long the are

54459218203_839d240a9c_b.jpg
And this slide out from the bottom as I was inspecting it

And loops to hold something in the lid

So, who made it, what is missing, what country, and anything else that gets thought of, that is what I am looking for. I suspect it is English, as the two pliers are marked for that COO, while the Yankee seems more likely to be shipped when needed.

Neat find. That's the Never Leak One Drop Oil Can.

The word on the pliers handle is unclear from here. Looks like "Serves". I know of Servess which was a Korean import Plier. Doesn't appear to be that though.
