
My guess is European. Chinese commonly have "inch" like a big 4 or 6 plastered on the side, or even no size. When you see a size in mm (100 mm for 4"), most likely Euro model. Also the shape, less squared ends, more angular, reminiscent of Euro models.
Not a sure thing, but I would put my money on Euro before Chinese.
XJ: it might be a Bison FPU vise, but not sure. it's a Polish made vise if it is and here's one of my 3 inch ones that the static jaw moves backwards which i like and Bison vises are almost similar quality to some of the good old US made ones.
100 stands for a 4 inch wide jaw, 125 is 5 and 150 is a 6 incher.
Sure look like a Bison to me.
