I was just pondering this. Amazon obviously sells many tools from brands with lifetime warranties, as well say coffee makers that might have a 2 year warranty.
I've dealt with companies before that when it came to warrantying a defective product say you have to return the item to where you bought it. Amazon's return policy is 30 days.
So you say have a ratchet that locked up, does anyone have experience with whether amazon has a way to warranty these types of products? Ship you a new one?
Always had great experiences, but thinking this may be one area they fault short when it comes to tool buying?
