We semi-recently had my entire shop re-skinned. It looks amazing now. (pics and story later)
For the purposes of this post though, I have seen water leaking from the side of the overhead door even with a new door seal and everything. Finally had the time to really look into it and found the problem. How would you fix this? I need to do this ASAP, like before winter. This coming weekend will have great temps here in Minneapolis so I want to do it then. I was thinking Loctite PL Window Door and Siding sealant but the gap may be just a bit too big. Thoughts? Thanks all

You can see below where the post is getting moldy from several years of water damage due to the previous owners being too busy making meth and selling guns to take care of anything at all. Thinking I'm gonna make a water/bleach solution and douse it all bigtime. Then after that dries do whatever fix I decide on.
