Weaver Jack Info needed WA-72A

Just Picked up a 2 ton Weaver WA-72A and it is in need of attention. Could you guys give me some insight as to what to do first, next, and so on. I don't know if it'll need a rebuild kit yet, so whatever tricks and tips to get this thing operational would be appreciated. Also, where to get the parts, seals, etc. if it needs them. I picked up a package deal of this 2 ton and a couple of Weaver 4 ton models. The 4 ton models are probably overkill for my uses, so I might just get them working (or not) and sell them. Any info into where to best advertise and or market them will also help. Any suggestions as to pricing as well?
