Is it possible or have any of you been able to weld a cast iron water pump? This pump is off a old powerwasher has a crack a few cracks in it from water that was in it and froze im sure. Is there anyway to fix this.

Possible - yes
Been done - yes search
Easy - no requires some experience
Cheap - debatable some people insist you need expensive rods some people say you don't

Search. Welding cast has been beat to death. Probably not worth it to fix. You'll have to be very precise welding or remachine the inside of the pump, to keep the seals sealing properly.

Brazing is the traditional way to fix pumps.
My well pump for 30 years had a big brass colored scar.

But now days I see a lot of J B Weld.

I've never welded a pressure washer pump, so I'm not sure of some of your particulars. (What type of pump, clearances from the housing to moving parts, etc.) I have however repaired cracks in lawn sprinkler pump housings. So far my best results have been to pre-heat the entire part in an oven (around 300 degrees) then mig weld with stainless wire. After that I like to put the housing back in the oven on warm for a while, then turn the oven off leaving the door closed and the pump inside to finish cooling slowly. One of the keys to welding cast iron is to cool it slowly to prvent cracking.
