Went and got more steel today and come up with a SOLID game plan for the framework design . Pics coming sunday plan to lay it out and get ready to burn some metal !

Plan is 10inch C-channel for main frame set in 6-8 inch range around the perimeter. Then 3"x3" 1/4" wall square tube for legs. Angle for lower leg connector and shelf mount.

got about 85% done today .

10" c-channel 1/4" thickness . then 3x3x1/4 wall for legs .

need to do up the cross bracing for legs and shelf storage . also for me it will be a pick point for pallet jack if i need to move them . also add the feet in . and use this mag-drill a buddy let me barrow to drill and tap 4 holes in the 1" plate to secure the top to the frame . using 3/4" bolts for this job at 4 points .

at this point now were over 1,800 lbs . :lol_hitti

All done except waiting on a stick of 2x2x1/4wall seamless to make the receiver mounts for it all the way around .

She is tipping the scale just a hair over 2,000 lbs if you figure in the parts I am waiting for .

That's me sitting in it and my size 12 boots on . Just to give you a idea how beefy big this is . She sits right were I park it with the pallet jack .

Great and that is exactly why I say this in another post:

"I suggest two identical tables that can be leveled. You never know when you have to build an airplane wing or something".

I since hand selected very flat 1/4" sheet from a steel un-rolling supplier and sheared it to size that can easily be removed.

So i went pre fab hitch units for cost and time savings and no need to gring out all that weld .

I did do a 1/2" pinch bolt on the back side bottom . Helps take out hitch play .

Made some simple mount / hitches from 2x2 tube and 8" c-channel scraps from making the frames .

These are worth there weight in gold for easy of use and position use options on the table .
