Looks like solid, you need gas.

If it's copper looking its most likely solid and you'll need gas. Another little trick is flux core wire will break if you bend it a couple times.

AWS A5.18 is solid wire only, so it needs gas. Probably ER70S-6 wire, but that part of the label is missing.

Welder 4956 is correct that it is solid wire. It does require gas. Whether it is ER70S-6 or ER70S-2 is irrelevant at this point as either is good for MIG with either C25 Ar/CO2 or straight CO2 gas.

Its "copper" coated Mig wire probably ER-70.
Use Gas!
