Same in my area, but maybe as high as 20C. Usually a bit later and it only lasts a few days. Frequently it is after our first frost (less than 100km from my house) they have had hard freeze (< -5C) a couple of nights. We call our warm up INDIAN SUMMER.
"Бабье лето" по-русски ("Babiye leto" in russian) - Womans/Grandmothers summer in English but in the Russian sense of these words, translators called it Indian Summer too.
