What brand are these tools?

I bought this table with everything on it yesterday at auction for $275. I really just wanted to upgrade my bench but I got everything else. What brand are those pliers? And vise? I am thinking the pliers are Do it Best and the vise is a Wilton mechanics vise?

Well, Wilton gained ownership in the late 90's according to their site. I think they phased out the name.
