Changed the steering damper on the DD rig. Old one was shot.
Hemi, what thread on the Acorn nut? I may have one.
I sure wish I knew people collected them, as a sprinkler fitter, I’ve thrown many of them in the dumpster.
I think that's what's known as a Water Motor Gong. Mounts on wall on outside of building where sprinkler system riser is inside. Plumbed into the riser, water flow rings bell.
Clean up and repaint looks really nice!

Your wall alarm looks great, put a speaker in there, and use it to broadcast your own 'alarms' or maybe hook it to your landline so it 'goes-off' when someone calls.
I have a bunch of brass and copper soda-acid extinguisher tanks, just waiting for being worked-on. I may leave the patina, and just clean them well.

Installed new LED lighting fixtures in front half of garage.
Waiting for 8 more to arrive so I can finish the job!!

That's actually a good sign. The rougher the wood the more it soaks up and the more it's protected. You can't get smooth pine to soak up anything.I have been staining some 4 x 9 T1-11. One gallon per 3 sheets. I miss calculated that.
Thats pretty cool DWB, how did you cut the lake relief out?
Thanks! I did it with a CNC router I built as an experiment.
The experiment worked out better than I expected![]()
Yah, I'm thinking that we're going to need a whole lot more info on this.

Nice Shelevs where did you get them ?
Gonna go adjust the Armorskids on my snowblower AGAIN before I clear the driveway. They just don't seem to stay where I put them and keep creeping up until the scraper bar is hitting the ground...
How do you like them so far. I've been wanting to do this but I'm hesitant because I'm now sure how effective they will be with 10ft ceilings
