Wow!!! That is very interesting! I think that is exactly what I have, although I am short a couple of pieces. I don't have the center piece, that appears to be flat backstop for the drill, and I don't have the actual crank handle for the drill.

I have been up close to one of these things and as the story goes, it does a lot of things but none of them well. Still a fun thing to have around your shop.
