What is your favorite drillpress accessory?

I got this many years ago and have found it to be the most useful accessory.

I need to pull it apart and clean it and adjust the gibbs. I like this one better than some of the others since it actually has the post to mount not the bolt on type that always seem to loosen up.

I just did a search and it seems that AMT does not exist anymore.

I would have to agree with you, my drill press vise is my favorite and most used drill press accessory.

My favorite drill press accessory would be Drill bits!

In all seriousness, I had one of the HF versions of that X-y vise and liked it.

The biggest thing I keep around a drill press is pieces of wood for bracing the part, and hold downs for securing the part. A drill press vise also comes in handy.

6" cross slide vise definitely 1# of accessories, rarely is mine removed.

The center post interesting, never seen one on vise. We did something similar on friends dp, his table had a large hole, no Tbolt rails/slots (odd dp) so we mounted vise to plate, welded 1" bolt to go thru table, made a LARGE wing nut.

#2 rewired DP so I can use on/off switch or foot pedal. Pedal is nice.
#3 small oil can holder, (mine has an oiler but dont use often, then the table with drain and catch can is invaluable)
#4 the accessory table, now, similar to Davefrs, handy but almost as much in the way. The way it mounted limited its ability to rotate out of the way, had to loosen to rotate DP table (and height rail). I finally broke the plastic column mount. Fixed now it rotates out of the way and mounted above height rail ring.
#5 adding flexible light in front, DPs light in head-behind quill was always drilling in its shadow.

My delta bench top has a laser sight on it. Line up the cross hairs and there you go. Of course I never use it. But it sure looks cool.
Mortise chisels are actually my favorite accessory.

I made a fence for mine. It pivots and clamps using a "T" bolt at one end.

Edit - Thta's a tool/acessories tray underneath. It lifts out and another tray is located underneath it. It hs kitty kitter in it to catch the shavings & oil.
