What Proto Tool is it?

It's marked as a 739 Proto Pat. Appl'd For. the only info was a radiator removal tool but I can't back up that information. Any solid information would be appreciated.

looks like the flat end you would step on to hold on floor while you pull up and the hook removes something from a pipe or hose.

Anything you need that you'd like to trade for? I try to acquire any Proto that I haven't seen before, and this fits that description!

I recently picked up one of those. I found it listed in a Proto catalog as a radiator hose tool. Before that, I thought the hook end was for removing cotter pins.
