At home just my pocket knife - Schrade Leek. Both my key chains have Leatherman Micras as well.

At work I have a small belt pouch on at almost all times, AWP HP from Lowes. In it is a Lowes Kobalt Aluminum 6 in 1 screwdriver
2 small flat drivers -one is a Stihl carb driver while the other is a pocket clip style from ages ago with a magnet on the back, switch grip pliers, Wilde 6ln vice grips, Hyde 1-1/2 inch painting scraper, Pratt Reed 3/8 flat blade cushion grip screwdriver, cheap Cree single AA flashlight, cheap 2 inch folding pocket knife, and a couple ball points.
I have plenty of room to drop in whatever I'm working with at the moment, like crimpers, duck bill pliers, air chuck....

Victorinox Recruit and Streamlight Microstream. Usually while working, I have a pair of Channellock 430, torpedo level and a tape measure on me.

I always carry a original Leatherman that I've had for more than 25
years, a 6' tape measure and a small LED flashlight.
I also have a neat little flat tool that's a flat blade screwdriver, pry bar,
and a fit all wrench that fits in one of the back pockets of my wallet,
Plus a little folding knife hidden in a fake key on my keyring that I
bought a HF. Rule 9: "Never go anywhere without a knife."

My right pocket has a marker, pen, house and office keys, key fob for the work truck and change goes in this pocket if I have any.
Left pocket is a gerber multi-tool (nothing fancy, but can't carry just a knife), my usb thumb drive, personal truck keys, and during work my "holy **** that's a lot of keys, key ring).

I almost always wear carhart pants, during work... right leg pocket a 10-in-1, left leg pocket a smallish crecent wrench.

I always carry a pocketknife. Sometimes I carry a key chain screwdriver.

Same here, plus a good working pen. Sometimes a small flashlight depending on where I'm going. I put some basics in the car, pliers, screwdrivers and such. Some people walk around with ~15lbs of misc stuff in their pockets, etc. I like the light weight, ready to sprint feeling. I swear if men carried purses they would have more weight and **** in them than most womens'.

Other than my... Ahem.... "tool" :D

I keep an ITP flashlight on my keychain along with a Leatherman Style CS micro pliers tool.
I also have a 32GB thumb drive for data on the same key ring.
I keep a Benchmade hooked to the edge of my pocket.
Oh... and a credit card sized freznel lens in my wallet. Magnifies things AND starts fires if needed.

A slim Snap-On pocket knife, a bottle opener on my keychain, and a round disk that has a set of various sizes of blades to use as an emergency screwdriver for small components. I hate carrying stuff in my pocket, but I am never without a knife. And a wallet. That is a must have. I just can't get into a money clip.

Penlight and a decent jack knife or SAK at all times!

Depending on what I'm doing I often add a 6 inch steel rule and an Eclipse pocket screwdriver!

Not permitted to carry anything besides keys and a Blackberry at work (metal detector, xray machine and guards let me know if I forget  ) but outside of work, a pocket knife and a little snap on flip blade screwdriver usually go where I go.

Shirt picket usually has a sharpie and a pen, but may include a scale, scribe, screwdriver or pencil depending on what I'm doing.

Pants pockets include wallet, keys, kershaw pocketknife, phone, 12' tape measure and usually some change.

...hmmm - I may need to add these two!

Here's the credit card freznel I use:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0011WYMAK/ref=mp_s_a_1_6?qid=1416250460&sr=8-6&pi=AC_SX110_SY165_QL70

The ITP light used to be the AAA version, but I found that the 1-CR123 version is shorter, not much heavier, brighter, and the bsttery seems to last about 5x as long. It is this one:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0035HB478/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?qid=1416250680&sr=8-2&pi=AC_SX200_QL40

Other than my headlamp, this is about the only flashlight I ever find myself using any more. I'd be lost without it - especially at night! :D
