If the drawer slides dont improve, call Mac customer service. I have a Tech 1000 top and bottom box that I have been using for over 25years and some of the slides wore out. I called Mac customer service. They asked for the serial number of the box and provided replacement slides free of charge. 1-800-MAC-TOOLS (800-622-86657)

gummed up dirty slides clean up real good if put them in length of drainage pipe with capped end and fill with diesel and let them soak for day or 2 (agitate them few times)
Take them out, air nozzle and brake clean to perfection then test and lightly lube .
from box pic drawers look sit perfectly in closed positions so good chance slides not scrap metal yet .
Lock will be pretty cheap swap out, super cheap solutions might be little bit fiddle adapt .
