Looks like a safety wire pliers to me

Yep safety wire pliers but I have never seen duckbill safety wire pliers and it doesn't look like they have any cutters on them ?
I'm wondering about this as well, as they appear to be made out of stainless to me (for sterilization in an autoclave).how big are they as ive seen similar items used for orthodontics, for the wires used to join teeth to straighten them.
look too good for average lock wire pliers.
Thinking of a same tool used in multiple industries type of thing.I think they are safety wire pliers![]()

I take it you have never been involved in any motorsports or the like?

For example, electronics and medicine share quite a few hand tools, particularly in the pliers and cutters category. Differences may be the medical versions are SS for sterilization, but otherwise made on the same tooling dies in the same factory.
