When did Craftsman make these?

So i was going through my sockets especially noting the versions of Craftsman i have. Some questions there but that's worthy of another thread.

This one attached is the one i wanted to mention in this thread. It has a permanently attached rubber surround. Does anyone remember when Craftsman made these? I'm thinking late 80s but not sure. It was a replacement Sears gave me when i brought in a broken socket i had.

I would take off the rubber thing as I am not a big fan but was afraid it would have NO markings underneath.

Anyone have any details?

Yes. Should be stamped on the black rubber band. Part of the stainless/lifetime series.

Looking for the following Plomb Pebbles Wrench 3061

Cover of the 87 catalog. From a collectors stand point I wouldn't remove the rubber ring. Not my cup of tea but there are collectors who are rabid for the Stainless/Lifetime stuff.

You can use the advance search feature on eBay to see what they've sold for in the past. A 23 socket lot recently sold for 40.

The made spark plug sockets with the same type of black band. I have a couple of sizes 13/16" and 5/8" I think

Useless in many applications if the plug is a recess
