Is this Big Uggly for $15 any good? My current one is vinyl covered and doesn't absorb oil or water and is easy to wipe clean. This one is made of foam.
I've used an old boat cushion for years, and it works well for me.
Ergokneel...
I like the "slick" surface ones. Check HD or Lowe's garden area. I use two, one for each knee, easier to move around while still protecting your knees.
I have one of the best if not the best kneeling mat. It's triple layered. With the softer smoother foam (think yoga mat goodness) on top and bottom and structurally stiffer foam in the middle. and it's also roughly 16x38, because you know you'll need both knees on the ground and need to move around a bit, and nothing is more annoying that having to get up and readjust alittle knee pad.
It's the Snap-on Creeper pad. And they are as expensive as they are awesome. they only sell them in 5packs of course. We should figure out a way to buy and pack between us all.

They are extremely rare to find in the wild. I've had several alerts set up on ebay for many years. Only just now is there one on Ebay for $60.
