I have an old Williams S-52 and I need the screw that retains the forward/reverse selector. Does anyone a) have one, or b) know the screw size so I buy one? I think it's a slotted head rather than Phillips.
I can't help you I guess. Didn't realize there was two different styles and mine does not have the screw. Good luck.
That's to access the pawl . Unscrew it and there will be a coil spring. The pawl is behind that and should slide out..... and also has some sort of a "drain plug" looking thing off one ...
I bought one at my HF about 6 months ago? You can always but this one on ebay for $5.11 which looks like the HF one. http://www.ebay.com/itm/UNIVERSAL-A...620?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3f1a64ed54Turns out HF no longer sells the adjustable pin wrench... back to square 1.
Going to try ebay for something that will hopefully fit and is robust enough to apply enough torque to get the faceplate off without damaging it...
