Williams T-Handle Identification

Hi All, I continue to get tools in bits and pieces from a garage cleanout and recently found this T-Handle socket I am trying to identify.
Classic Williams diamond and what looks like 96 stamped on it. I cannot make out any other part number, Williams USA appears to be stamped on other side. About 6.5 inches in length and appears to be 3/4" socket size.

Hex socket. Appears to have the marking 967 on it. Hard to see, but socket end is 3/4"

Per the attached from four.cycle above, 49/64, but I call it 3/4"

So we are placing this around circa 1925-30? Any way to tell actual year?

errrrr..... Well, the earliest document I have for them is 1921. It looks like they were produced until at least 1950.

I usually just look for the existence of my grandads initials as tools with them are valuable to me. Would anyone recommend cleaning with evaporust or other methods. What if any value would this have?

I’ve had these sitting around for a while. Square socket ends, one missing the crossbar. 961H shown in BK’s ad above.

Those square drive versions were popular for tightening the square head set screws on lantern tool post tool holders.

They made some that were really big!
